What we collect
The contact and company details you enter, where you sell, the files you upload (your product BOMs and component costs, supplier lists, supplier letters, certificates of origin, mill test reports, invoices, quotes and other documents), and your payment status from Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank account numbers.
How we use it
To prepare your reports, contact you about your order, and, if you choose annual re-verification, bill it. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your files for anything other than your order.
Who can see your cost data
Only the Certivo staff working your order, signed in with their company accounts, and whoever holds your order's private link. Your files are kept in private storage and are never published at a public link.
How long we keep it
Our retention periods for uploaded files and order records are being finalized. You can ask us to delete your files at any time.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run this site: hosting and private file storage, payment processing by Stripe, and email delivery. They process your data only to provide their service to us.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by replying to any email about your order.
